Featuring advanced coatings and optimized flute geometry, it delivers mirror-like surface finishes (Ra ≤ 0.4μm) in hardened steels, aluminum, and exotic alloys.

Premium Coatings for Extreme Wear Resistance

TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) - Best for hardened steels (HRC 45+) & high-temp alloys.
AlCrN (Aluminum Chromium Nitride) - Superior for stainless steel & Inconel.
DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) - Low-friction for sticky materials (aluminum, copper).

Solid Micro-Grain Carbide Construction

5 × longer tool life vs. HSS reamers. Stable in high-speed CNC machining (up to 30,000 RPM).

Coolant Compatibility (Through-Spindle or External)
